Deliveries within Australia

  • Free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $80.
  • For all orders placed Australia wide we offer a flat rate shipping of $9.50 via Australia Post Express Post service.
  • Domestic orders will be dispatched within 48hrs.
  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • Signature required on delivery. 
  • Australia Post tracking number will be provided to track your parcel.
  • MBC is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post “Express Post Parcel Service” (next business day delivery service)
  • All delivery times and schedule are subject to Australia Post T&C’s
  • International shipments may incur additional taxes/duties payable by the receiver.

 
International Deliveries

  • For all International Shipping orders, minimum order value is AUD$80.00
  • Flat rate shipping of $50.00 for international orders (excluding customs duties/tax).
  • International orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days* via DHL couriers.
  • Depend on the destination some International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing as a gift.
  • We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower value in attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
  • International shipments may incur additional taxes/duties payable by the receiver.


Gift Voucher Delivery 

  • Gift vouchers are delivered electronically to the nominated email address. If you wish to discuss other delivery methods, please contact us on info@mybabycuddles.co.uk 
  • Available items will be dispatched in a timely manner, however, if any items are on back order they will be sent once available, at no extra charge. 
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@mybabycuddles.co.uk  Within 24hrs of your order placement
  • If an item is unavailable, we will refund you for the item/s back to your original method of payment.

Online Returns

We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase, however, if you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist by providing you with a credit note, exchange or refund*.

* Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • My Baby Cuddles returns that wish to be refunded must be received within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • My Baby Cuddles returns that wish to be exchanged must be received within 30days of receiving your order.
  • Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.
  • Gift orders can only be exchanged and not refunded.
  • No refund for change of mind on sale items—exchange only within 14 days.

Please note that return postage will not be reimbursed, however, My Baby Cuddles will send the replacement item/s free of charge. It is your responsibility to select a return postage option which includes tracking as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive.

If the requested exchange items are unavailable or further payment is required we will contact you. To avoid disappointment we recommend placing another order online and requesting a refund for the returned goods.

Exchanged goods will be sent via Australia Post Express Service. Please allow up to seven days for your return to be processed and replacement items to be dispatched.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

My Baby Cuddles, subject to proof of purchase, is happy to provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund on any product purchased directly from our website exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the product intended purpose, significantly different from what was shown to you or in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumers guarantees.

Refunds are to be processed using the original tender type.

Eftpos refunds must be processed against the original card. Customer name address and contact number must be provided for all refunds.

If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact the Online Customer Service team on email info@mybabycuddles.co.uk  we will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit.

If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you. Please note that we will only accept returns originally purchased online.

Goods Received In Error

If you believe you have received an item that differs to what you ordered please contact the Online Customer Service team on email info@mybabycuddles.co.uk. We will arrange for this to be returned to us and for the correct item/s to be sent.
